Progressive Scan Camera
Overview
- Progressive scan camera incorporated with 1.45 megapixel CCD imaging device of optical 2/3 inch size which has high sensitivity in near-ultraviolet light range.
- Suitable for car number reading system or surveillance application at express way or parking area, as it has high sensitivity in near-UV range and low smear property.
- Image input device to meet high speed image processing which reads out 1.45 million pixels at 30fps frame rate with high quality images.
- Asynchronous electronic shutter function provides still full frame images at any timing (Asynchronous shutter mode).
- Highly-reproducible parameter setting by the digital control circuit in the internal CPU.
- The internal set values of the camera are externally controlled by serial communication (RS232C).
Features
- Sensitivity in the near-UV light range has been increased and the smear at high speed shutter has been reduced by the use of newly designed CCD. (compared with conventional company products)
- When the external trigger signal is input, the image is reset in random timing (Asynchronous timing) and the electronic shutter image can be obtained at any given point in time. (Asynchronous shutter mode)
- Both analog video signal and 10bit digital video signal (RS-644) are output in progressive scanning (non-interlaced scanning) format.
- High sensitivity and low smear are realized.
